What this conversation is
A space to talk through questions, uncertainties, and reflections about life in Canada, based on lived experience rather than advice.
What people usually bring up
Topics often include work transitions, settling in, cultural adjustment, expectations versus reality, and navigating everyday life after moving.
How to approach the call
Please share up to five topics in advance so we can prepare. These will help guide our conversation, though the session remains reflective rather than rushed. Our goal is to prioritise depth over volume, focusing on the questions and experiences you wish to explore within the 60 minutes.

Why we created this format
We hear from people every week who want to talk through questions about life in Canada. For a long time, we tried to respond wherever we could, through messages, comments, and calls. Over time, we realised these conversations needed more care. This initiative was created to meet that need.
What the fee makes possible
This call exists so we can be fully present with you for an hour. It allows us the space to listen carefully, understand your context, and engage without distraction. The fee is not for advice or outcomes. It reflects the time we set aside to have a thoughtful, focused conversation with you.
What we can and cannot help with
We are not immigration consultants or lawyers. We do not assess eligibility, interpret legal documents, or recommend visa categories. What we share during the conversation is based on personal experience and reflection, not professional or legal advice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All bookings are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds, whether requested before or after the session has taken place.
